Entry-Level Job Description

Our entry level hires work with experienced team members to implement custom business solutions. They are involved in full life-cycle projects where day-to-day tasks include:

• Business and project strategy
• Client interviews and workshops
• Software/application design work
• Software programming and configuration
• Change management

Entry-Level Qualifications

We prefer our entry level hires to have a degree in engineering, computer science or "hard" science degree, with programming knowledge, however it is not required. Entry level hires must be able to adapt well to change, think on their toes, and quickly learn new skills.

Other qualifications include:

• Minimum Cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Emphasis is placed on analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Internship or work experience in a related field strongly recommended

Senior Consultant Job Description

Our senior level hires are responsible for leading a team in designing, implementing, and delivering custom business solutions. They are involved in full life-cycle projects where day-to-day tasks include:

• Responsible for Project Delivery: Project Planning, Project Management, Business Consulting
• Internal Team and Client Management
• Accountability for success of Client Program/Projects
• Define and deliver Proposals for Account
• Define, maintain and execute on an account plan that is in line with our company strategy
• Financial responsibility for revenue/margin at the account
• Additional work within an account
• Staff Development and Mentoring junior resources

Senior Consultant Qualifications

Our senior level hires must have prior related work experience and management experience.  A degree in engineering, computer science or "hard" science degree, with programming knowledge, is a plus, but is not required.  Senior level hires must be able to adapt well to change, think on their toes, and quickly learn new skills.

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Management or leadership experience
• Experience in a project environment
• Experience interacting professionally with clients

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Quantitative/Analytical background (MBA, Math or Statistics Major, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and Entrepreneurial spirit (started a business, sales experience)

Principal Job Description
