The word Arcadia is derived from a utopian Greek city of the same name that was known for its straightforward and uncomplicated society. At Arcadia Solutions, the problems we solve for our customers may be complicated, but the way we operate our company and work with our customers should be as straightforward and uncomplicated as possible.

Arcadia Solutions' focus is helping our customers implement and assimilate emerging categories of business applications, such as Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). We believe that in the coming years, large corporations will move away from generalized packaged applications (ERP, CRM) towards business applications targeted at delivering specialized solutions to particular industries. Companies that capitalize on this trend first will gain a true competitive advantage, while the more general solutions will quickly become commoditized. At Arcadia, we prefer to work with the companies who will stay ahead of the curve.
