Arcadia has assembled a team of top professionals with vast business and IT experience
and industry knowledge. Our executive team has backgrounds with industry leaders
at the forefront of Healthcare, including companies and organizations like: American
Telemedicine Association, Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society
(HIMSS), Joslin Clinic, Inktomi, and the Fortune 500.
Seth Henry, Founder and President
As Founder and President of Arcadia, Seth is responsible for the company's vision
and growth. Since the company's inception in 2002, Seth has guided the activities,
services, and client focus: Healthcare, High Tech., Financial Services, etc. Seth
brings extensive experience in both founding and growing consulting organizations,
as well as delivering large, complex technology solutions to the enterprise. Prior
start-up companies include C-bridge, Akibia, Watch Hill Partners and Onewave. Past
clients include Harley Davidson, Toyota, Bose, Fleet, Akamai and Forrester Research.
Seth holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in engineering from Union College and Cornell
University, respectively.
Chris Harding, Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Chris brings more than 20 years of experience to Arcadia
Solutions. He has been a catalyst for positive, effective change, motivating organizations
in the IT, health, and life sciences arenas to embrace new and innovative approaches
that enable growth. Chris has been characterized as a "serial entrepreneur" with
a long history of success. He has been a member of the senior leadership teams for
Cambridge Technology Partners, Breakaway Solutions, CXO Systems, and the Palladium
Group. Throughout his career, he has worked with healthcare organizations such as
Memorial Sloan Kettering, Atlanticare, Beth Israel, and Caritas Christi (now Steward
Health Care). Prior to joining Arcadia Solutions, Chris held the role of President
and Chief Executive Officer of Concordant, Inc., an eHealth services firm that engaged
with ambulatory healthcare organizations to plan, implement and manage their health
information technology (HIT) infrastructure.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Computer Science from
Boston College.
Eric Zerneke, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Arcadia's Vice President of Sales, Eric is responsible for all sales and marketing
activities for the company. Prior to joining Arcadia in May 2009, Eric held senior
executive positions in sales, marketing, and business development for technology
product and services companies MomentumSI, MW2 Consulting, Service Integrity, and
Inktomi. Eric also was a co-founder of NetNumina Solutions in Boston and has extensive
technical experience in distributed computing including enterprise architecture,
application design, development, and cloud computing technologies.
Eric holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson
School of Management in Business and Information Systems.
Andrew Principe, Vice President of Healthcare Solutions
As Arcadia's Vice President of Healthcare Solutions, Andrew brings 11 years of experience
in Healthcare and health IT to Arcadia. Prior to joining Arcadia, Andrew spent 5
years as Associate Director of Clinical Computing at the prestigious Joslin Clinic
in Boston, MA. There, Andrew led the implementation of electronic health records,
helped enable meaningful health information exchange with key partners, upgraded
the clinical computing infrastructure, and led the information components of a major
clinical transformation initiative that applied Medical Home concepts to a diabetes-specific
care setting.
Andrew holds a bachelors of science in agricultural and biological engineering from
Cornell University.
